Six or more dots. Try a bent shape.
A demo only: nothing you draw here is saved or sent.
No account
Nothing to sign up for, and no email address to give.
Nothing uploaded
Your vault lives on your iPhone. There is no server holding it.
No back door
We never have your keys, so we can’t open your vault. We can’t recover it either.
Built to keep private things private
How VaultMaster works
Step 1
Draw a pattern
Choose a pattern of six or more dots, and copy down the nine-word recovery phrase it gives you.
Step 2
Add what’s private
Take photos straight into the vault, or import photos, videos and files. They’re encrypted as they go in.
Step 3
Lock it away
The vault locks when you leave the app, and hides in the app switcher and during screen recording.
The security model, in plain words
We list what VaultMaster does, and what it can’t. It can’t stop screenshots or a camera pointed at your screen, and it hasn’t had an independent review yet.
Read the security page- AES-256-GCM encryption of photos, videos, files, names and thumbnails
- A random master key for each vault, opened by your pattern or your recovery phrase
- PBKDF2 with 600,000 rounds, mixed with a secret wrapped by the Secure Enclave
- Five wrong tries, then pauses that grow from 30 seconds up to an hour
- Optional erase after 10 or 20 wrong attempts in a row
- Optional duress pattern: a harmless vault opens, the others are erased
If your phone is lost or someone picks it up
Everything in the vault is encrypted, so a lost phone doesn’t hand over your photos. Someone guessing your pattern gets five tries before the pauses start, and you can choose to have everything erased after 10 or 20 wrong attempts.
If you’re ever made to unlock it, a duress pattern opens a harmless vault and erases the others. And if you simply forget your pattern, your recovery phrase gets you back in on any iPhone.
Free to use. Pro for more room.
No security feature is behind Pro. It only raises the limits: £1.99 a month, £8.99 a year or £21.99 once.

About VaultMaster
VaultMaster keeps your private photos, videos and files behind a pattern only you know. Everything is encrypted on your iPhone with keys that never leave it, so there's no account to make and nothing is uploaded. We never see your photos, your pattern or your recovery phrase.
It's built for hard moments too. Wrong guesses are slowed down, you can choose to erase everything after too many, and an optional duress pattern opens a harmless vault and erases the others. Keep several vaults, each with its own pattern and nothing listing them, and share photos and videos as one encrypted file with a six-word phrase.

Questions
- What is VaultMaster?
- VaultMaster is a private photo, video and file vault for iPhone. You open it by drawing a pattern, and everything inside is encrypted on your phone.
- Can you see my photos?
- No. They’re encrypted on your iPhone with keys that never leave it, and there’s no account or server holding your vault. We never receive your photos, your pattern or your recovery phrase.
- What if I forget my pattern?
- Use your nine-word recovery phrase from the unlock screen to choose a new pattern. If you lose both your pattern and your phrase, nobody can recover your vault, us included.
- Is VaultMaster free?
- It’s free to use, with three vaults, 100 photos and 10 videos. VaultMaster Pro removes those limits for £1.99 a month, £8.99 a year or £21.99 once. Duress mode, recovery, backup and sharing are always free.
- What is duress mode?
- An optional second pattern. If someone makes you unlock the app, you draw it and a harmless vault opens, while every other vault on the phone is erased.
- Does VaultMaster back up to iCloud?
- Not automatically. You can save an encrypted backup of a vault as a file, to Files or iCloud Drive, and restore it with your recovery phrase.
- Can I share photos from my vault?
- Yes. VaultMaster makes one encrypted file and a six-word phrase to send separately, with an optional expiry and open limit. It can’t stop someone photographing their screen.
- Does it hide itself or pretend to be another app?
- No. The icon and name are honest. VaultMaster is private storage, not a disguise.
