Pom terms of use
Last updated 1 October 2026
Using Pom
Pom is for your own personal use. Please don’t copy, resell or reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law.
Purchases
Pom has no in-app purchases.
Your data
Everything you put into Pom stays on your device, and we don’t keep a copy. That means we can’t recover it if your device is lost or reset, so please keep your device backed up.
Updates
We may update, change or stop Pom at any time, and we’ll try to give notice of anything big.
No guarantees
We work hard to make Pom good, but it’s provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
Ownership
Pom, its design and its code belong to Powered By Thistle. Anything you create with it remains yours.
Apple’s terms
If you got Pom from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
