Pom privacy policy
Last updated 1 October 2026
The short version
Pom doesn’t collect your personal data. Everything you put into it stays on your device, where we can’t see it. Pom never connects to the internet.
What stays on your device
Pom keeps your timer settings and a count of completed focus sessions for each day on your device. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else, and there is no account or server copy.
Permissions
Pom only asks for a permission when you use the feature that needs it, and you can change your mind in Settings.
Notifications
If you allow them, Pom schedules alerts on your iPhone for when a session or break ends. Nothing is sent from a server.
Live Activities and widgets
The lock-screen timer and widgets run on your iPhone and only show your current session.
Purchases
Pom has no in-app purchases.
What we don’t do
- We don’t ask you to make an account.
- We don’t use analytics, crash reporting or tracking of any kind.
- We don’t show ads or use advertising identifiers.
- We don’t sell or share your information.
- We don’t send notifications from a server. Any you turn on are scheduled on your device.
Deleting your data
Because your data lives on your device, you’re in control of it. Deleting Pom removes everything it stored. There is nothing on our side to delete.
If you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply and to improve Pom, and we don’t add you to any mailing list.
Children
Pom doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, including children.
