What you need
- Photos with the problem marked
- Take the photo, say what’s wrong, then circle, arrow or measure it on the picture.
- A floor plan with pins
- Add a plan from Photos or a PDF and pin each snag where it is. The report gets a plan page with numbered pins.
- A report that looks professional
- A front-page summary, snags grouped by room, your logo and signature, and four designs to choose from.
- Re-inspections
- Mark snags fixed with an after photo, and the report shows before and after.

- Does SnagLine need an account?
- No. Your sites stay on your device, and if you turn on iCloud sync they’re stored in your own private iCloud.
- Is SnagLine a subscription?
- No. It’s free for two sites at a time, and a one-time unlock adds unlimited sites and more.
