ZipRight terms of use
Last updated 23 October 2026
Using ZipRight
ZipRight is for your own personal use. Please don’t copy, resell or reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law.
Purchases
The first 50 levels, the first level of each tier, a free daily puzzle, hints and all themes are free. A one-time purchase unlocks all 6,000 levels. There is no subscription.
Purchases are made through the App Store and can be restored on another device signed in to the same account. Refunds are handled by Apple under their own policies.
Your data
Everything you put into ZipRight stays on your device, and we don’t keep a copy. That means we can’t recover it if your device is lost or reset, so please keep your device backed up.
Updates
We may update, change or stop ZipRight at any time, and we’ll try to give notice of anything big.
No guarantees
We work hard to make ZipRight good, but it’s provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
Ownership
ZipRight, its design and its code belong to Powered By Thistle. Anything you create with it remains yours.
Apple’s terms
If you got ZipRight from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
