Arcline terms of use
Last updated 21 September 2026
Using Arcline
Arcline is for your own personal use. Please don’t copy, resell or reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law.
What Arcline is and isn’t
Arcline’s tracer, ball speed, launch and carry figures are estimates made from the camera image. They’re for practice and fun, not for competition, club fitting or betting decisions.
Purchases
Arcline Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through the App Store after a 7-day free trial.
Purchases are made through the App Store and can be restored on another device signed in to the same account. Refunds are handled by Apple under their own policies.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. If you cancel during a free trial, you won’t be charged.
Your data
Everything you put into Arcline stays on your device, and we don’t keep a copy. That means we can’t recover it if your device is lost or reset, so please keep your device backed up.
Updates
We may update, change or stop Arcline at any time, and we’ll try to give notice of anything big.
No guarantees
We work hard to make Arcline good, but it’s provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
Ownership
Arcline, its design and its code belong to Powered By Thistle. Anything you create with it remains yours.
Apple’s terms
If you got Arcline from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
