One Drawer privacy policy

Last updated 6 October 2026

The short version

One Drawer doesn’t collect your personal data. Everything you put into it stays on your device, where we can’t see it. Purchases are handled by Apple, and no other company is involved.

What stays on your device

One Drawer keeps your spaces and spots, sessions, plans, before and after photos, the charity bag and the Pardon Box on your device. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else, and there is no account or server copy. Backup files you export are saved wherever you choose.

Permissions

One Drawer only asks for a permission when you use the feature that needs it, and you can change your mind in Settings.

Camera

To take before and after photos of a spot. They stay on your iPhone.

Notifications

For the chime when a five-minute timer ends, an optional daily nudge, a reminder for anything you plan for later, and Pardon Box check-ins. All are scheduled on your iPhone; nothing is sent from a server.

Siri and Live Activities

Shortcuts and the lock-screen timer run on your iPhone and only show what you ask for.

Purchases

Purchases are made through the App Store. Apple handles the payment and tells the app on your device what you’ve bought. We don’t receive your name, email address or payment details, and One Drawer doesn’t use any third-party purchase or analytics service.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t ask you to make an account.
  • We don’t use analytics, crash reporting or tracking of any kind.
  • We don’t show ads or use advertising identifiers.
  • We don’t sell or share your information.
  • We don’t send notifications from a server. Any you turn on are scheduled on your device.

Deleting your data

Because your data lives on your device, you’re in control of it. Deleting One Drawer removes everything it stored. There is nothing on our side to delete.

If you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply and to improve One Drawer, and we don’t add you to any mailing list.

Children

One Drawer doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, including children.
