Using Room to Breathe
Room to Breathe is for your own personal use. Please don’t copy, resell or reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law.
Purchases
Room to Breathe is free to use. Room to Breathe Plus is a one-time unlock, and each Plus feature can be tried once for free. There is no subscription. Optional tips are a way to say thanks and don’t unlock anything.
Purchases are made through the App Store and can be restored on another device signed in to the same account. Refunds are handled by Apple under their own policies.
One-time purchases on the App Store can be shared with your family through Family Sharing.
Your data
Everything you put into Room to Breathe stays on your device, and we don’t keep a copy. That means we can’t recover it if your device is lost or reset, so please keep your device backed up.
Updates
We may update, change or stop Room to Breathe at any time, and we’ll try to give notice of anything big.
No guarantees
We work hard to make Room to Breathe good, but it’s provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
Ownership
Room to Breathe, its design and its code belong to Powered By Thistle. Anything you create with it remains yours.
Apple’s terms
If you got Room to Breathe from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
